Do I need a Netro subscription?
Approving sign-ins, authenticator codes and your alerts work for everyone with an Inetro account. The technician toolbox is for MSPs and IT teams with a Netro subscription.
Do my authenticator codes leave the phone?
No. The secrets behind your codes are kept in your phone's secure storage, and the codes are made on the phone.
Which networks does the LAN scan look at?
Only the subnet your phone is connected to. Scans and checks run when you start them, and the results stay on your phone.
What does the app collect?
The app has no advertising and no analytics or tracking code. Our privacy statement lists exactly what it sends and why.
