Terms of use

1. Who these terms are with

inetro.net and the Inetro apps are provided by Inetro B.V. (“Inetro”, “we”, “us”), based in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42049591 (registered address: De Bloemen 16, 7943 LV Meppel). You can reach us at info@inetro.net.

These terms apply to the use of inetro.net and of the Inetro apps (Dashboard, IQ, RMM, Helpdesk, Netro 365, Netro DNS, Migrate). If you use them for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you may do so. A signed agreement or quote with your organisation takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

2. Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself and turn on two-factor sign-in where offered. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • The details you give us must be correct. Tell us straight away at info@inetro.net if you think your account has been misused.
  • The owner of an organisation's account decides who else from that organisation gets access, and can remove it.

3. Trial

A new account starts with a free trial. At the end of the trial you choose a plan to keep using the apps; if you don't, access stops and we delete the trial data after a reasonable period.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website and in the Dashboard, in euro and excluding VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and paid periods are not refunded unless the law requires it. We may change prices for a coming period and will tell you at least 30 days in advance.

5. Acceptable use

Use the apps only for systems, networks and devices you manage or are authorised to manage. Do not:

  • access data or systems that are not yours, or try to get around security or usage limits;
  • use the apps to break the law, send spam, or spread malware;
  • disrupt the service, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.

We may suspend access that puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk, and will tell you why.

6. Your data

Data you or your organisation put into the apps stays yours. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy statement and the data processing agreement. You can export your data while your subscription runs; after it ends we delete it within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Third-party services

The apps connect to services from other vendors, such as Ubiquiti UniFi, Microsoft 365, Cloudflare and Google. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes they make. Product names and logos shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to name the platforms we work with; this does not imply endorsement or partnership unless stated.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, and announce planned maintenance where we can. We improve the apps continuously; if we remove a significant feature you rely on, we tell you in advance.

9. Intellectual property

The apps, the website and their content belong to Inetro or its licensors. You receive a right to use the apps for as long as your account or subscription runs; no other rights pass to you.

10. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost data that could have been restored from a backup. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

11. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may end it if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or with 90 days' notice if we stop offering the service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you about important changes at least 30 days before they apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

13. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. We would rather solve a disagreement together, so contact us first; otherwise disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
