Pricing questions
Is there a yearly plan?
No. Every price is per month and you can cancel at any time. There is no yearly contract and no discount for paying ahead.
How are units counted?
Each app reports what it manages: sites in IQ, workstations and servers in RMM, technician seats in Helpdesk, tenants and users in Netro 365, domains in Netro DNS. Your subscription follows that count.
Why does the price per unit go down?
The more you manage, the lower the price per unit, and the number you have sets one price for all of them. The estimate uses the exact price for your numbers.
What does the minimum mean?
Each app you use costs at least €29 a month, counted on its main unit (sites, workstations, technician seats, tenants or domains). Servers, Microsoft 365 users above 50 per tenant and Migrate have no minimum.
How does a package work?
A package is one monthly price with an allowance in every app. Units above the allowance are billed at the app's own price per unit, without a minimum.
What is Enterprise?
Allowances set for your estate, reseller and whitelabel terms, invoiced monthly. Contact us and we send you a price.
What happens after the trial?
The 14-day free trial gives you every app, no card needed. When it ends you choose apps or a package from Billing in the Dashboard; if you don't, access stops.
Are prices including VAT?
No. All prices are in euro, excluding VAT. VAT is added on the invoice where it applies.
Does the Dashboard cost extra?
No. The Dashboard comes with every app.
