Guided tour · example data

Try Inetro yourself.

Follow one outage through the whole stack in nine short steps, in the apps’ own frame. Click where the tour points, or press Do it for me. Northwind IT, Harbour Dental and everyone in it are made up; nothing you click leaves this page.

Step 1 of 9 · Netro Dashboard

Sign in once, start from one home

You are Sam Brooks, an engineer at Northwind IT, a made-up MSP. Sign in to the Dashboard once — with 2FA. Your home shows what needs attention in every app; Boards lists every NOC board and display link; and every app you use sits in the strip on the left, opening without another login.

Step 2 of 9 · Netro IQ

A site goes offline — and IQ says why

09:06: Harbour Dental’s Main Street surgery drops off, straight to the top of 512 sites. Harbour Dental’s page says so in one line; the site shows the outage evidence, marked Exact when the gateway proved it, the WAN interfaces beside the site’s internet quality, one list of its issues, the PCs running the RMM agent, and a summary to copy for the internet provider; Monitoring is one list grouped by site, where a printer that is off on purpose can be ignored; Reports counts what was logged and the monthly report goes out with a PDF; and Customer settings shows who was told.

Step 3 of 9 · Netro Helpdesk

The alert is already a ticket

IQ’s alert lands in the Helpdesk ticket list as a P1 · Urgent ticket on Harbour Dental, already assigned, with its SLA running. Suggest reply drafts an answer from the ticket and your knowledge base; you read it and send it.

Step 4 of 9 · Netro RMM

Fix the server, help the user, patch

Power is back, but the surgery’s PCs get no network address: the server’s DHCP service didn’t start. Search the devices for it, open the server and start the service. On the receptionist’s PC, open the CPU chart for the details, help her remotely — only after she allows it, with files opening only after you sign in again — and schedule the updates for tonight at 18:00 on the PC’s own clock.

Step 5 of 9 · Netro 365

Check the customer’s Microsoft 365

Harbour Dental’s audit shows its score and what changed since last week. Apply the fix from Fixes with a fresh Microsoft sign-in — no stored key can change the tenant — and undo it just as easily.

Step 6 of 9 · Netro DNS

A risky DNS change needs a second person

Harbour Dental is moving its mail to a new filter. Changing the MX record is High risk, so it waits for approval — and the person who asked for it cannot approve it.

Step 7 of 9 · Netro Migrate

Move a customer to Microsoft 365, with the price up front

Harbour Dental is moving to a new Microsoft 365 tenant. Start it with New migration, watch each mailbox’s progress, see the cost before anything is uploaded, share a live status page with the customer — and see what “Migration complete” looks like.

Step 8 of 9 · Make it yours

Your brand in every app, one bill for all of them

Back in the Dashboard’s Settings: pick a main colour and every app follows; Billing shows the plan, the next invoice and what each app counts this month; and What’s new lists every release across the apps.

Step 9 of 9

That’s one incident across the whole stack

One outage at one customer: detected, ticketed, fixed, checked and changed safely — in seven apps with one login, one customer list and your own brand.

  1. IQ put the site at the top of 512 at 09:06, said why, and kept outage evidence marked Exact for the provider.
  2. The alert became an Urgent ticket on the right customer; the reply was drafted by AI and sent by a person.
  3. RMM flagged the stopped DHCP service, helped the receptionist with her consent and scheduled the updates for tonight.
  4. Netro 365 showed what changed in Microsoft 365 and applied a fix on a fresh sign-in that can be undone.
  5. Netro DNS held a high-risk MX change until a second person approved it.
  6. Netro Migrate showed the cost before upload and gave Harbour Dental a live status page for the move.
  7. The Dashboard carried your colour into every app, and one bill covers them all.

Want to see it on your own networks? Start the 14-day trial of every app, no card needed, and the setup wizard connects your first network. Or we review one of your networks for free and show you what IQ finds.

Or contact us with a question — an engineer replies, usually the same day. Start the tour again.
