We start with your requirements and the existing environment. You receive a proposed design and scope before equipment is ordered or implementation begins. After installation, we test the agreed functions and document the setup.

Can you work with our existing equipment?
Yes. UniFi is our main focus, and we also have deep knowledge of Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet/FortiGate and Sophos. We review your existing setup before recommending what to retain or replace.
Who maintains the installation afterwards?
We agree that during scoping. You can choose a documented handover or a separate monitoring and support arrangement.
Can you fix a network someone else installed?
Yes. We start by reviewing the current configuration and documenting what is there before changing anything.
