Working with Inetro
We start with the workflow: who does what today, where it goes wrong and what a good result looks like. We first check whether an existing product would solve the problem. If custom software is the right answer, we agree the scope, budget and milestones, then build in stages you can see and test. Before development starts we agree hosting, security, ownership of the code and data, and who maintains the application afterwards.

Should we buy existing software instead?
Sometimes, yes. If a product already fits the workflow, it is usually cheaper to adopt it. We tell you when that is the case.
How do you agree scope and budget?
We describe the workflow and the first version together, then agree milestones and a budget before development starts. Changes to the scope are discussed and agreed as they come up.
Who owns the code and the data?
Ownership and licensing are agreed in writing before work starts. Your business data stays yours.
Who handles hosting, security and future changes?
We agree that before development starts. You can choose a handover to your own team or a separate hosting and maintenance arrangement with Inetro.
