Working with Inetro
We map the systems involved, the data that moves between them and what should happen when something fails. We confirm the API access each platform provides and any licences it requires. You receive a scope covering the workflow, API dependencies, ownership and maintenance before development starts.
Before we start
What if a platform has no API for what we need?
We tell you before we start. Sometimes an export, a webhook or a different workflow solves the problem; sometimes it cannot be done reliably.
What happens when a vendor changes its API?
Integrations depend on the vendor's API. We agree how changes and failures are monitored and who maintains the integration afterwards.
Can you extend an integration someone else built?
Often, yes. We review the existing code and its documentation first and tell you what we find.
